oJ�tY OF M,f�1 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII •• �r <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 119 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 1, OF THE <br />HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO SPEED <br />LIMITS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1 (Speed Limits), section 24-257; <br />schedule 5, 35 mile per hour limit, paragraph (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br />(2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by revising an existing listing to read as follows: <br />"Ka`iminani Drive, [.75 mile east ofT Stfeet ] from Ane Keohokalole <br />Highway to [Reute+Highway 190." <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1 (Speed Limits), section 24-257, <br />schedule 5, 35 mile per hour limit, paragraph (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br />(2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding a new listing to be appropriately <br />inserted and read as follows: <br />"Ka` iminani Drive, from Highway 19 to Lau` i Street." <br />SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br />underscoring need not be included. <br />
