I am in full support of common sense legislation to alleviate the nuisance of rooster farms, within proximity of home
dwellings .
We need to clarify and set boundaries that are reasonable , so as to protect the the basic needs for peace and quiet
within homes in north Kohala. We are agriculturally zoned, but need set backs to protect privacy. I think 75ft. Is a
reasonable set back and sound barrier.
I support this bill 112.
