There is few reasons to keep more than four roosters on one's property
unless raising them for cockfighting which is illegal.
These farms create a public nuisance and health risks for their
residential neighbors, and I would not want to be one. Aside from

lowering a neighbors property value.
Roosters imported from other countries for cockfighting can carry's
diseases which could decimate the populations of any domestic poultry or
egg -laying operations, as happened in California.
