Kohala is becoming more and more populated and it is unfair to neighbors to have a rooster farm right next to
anyone close.. There is a noise complaint available for dog's but not for many rooster's. That does not seem fair as
roosters can crow at all times of the day and night. There should be restrictions on the distance between a rooster
