farms" in this area.
There is no legitimate reason for homeowners and neighborhoods to be plagued by neighbors
who raise the loud, stinky, aggressive and unsightly "rooster farms" and call it a part of
agriculture.
We all know the truth, these roosters are being groomed for illegal cockfighting, and we need
to give the tools and legislation to the community to keep their neighborhoods clear of this
problem.
Please move forward with this bill, for the sake of the people.
