I, as a Realtor, am dismayed that there isn't an effective remedy posed by the council to
eliminate large rooster farms. Their reason for keeping large populations of roosters is the
illegal activity of cock fighting. The neighborhoods they live in are extremely impacted by the
constant crowing. It is noise pollution which ought to be regulated.
Having 1 or 2 roosters would be adequate to any "farming" situation. Please find a means to
manage this issue.
