I support this bill to limit roosters. We bought a house in Hawaiian Beaches 8 years ago, now
a rooster farm has moved in next door with dozens of roosters. My property value has
dropped dramatically and my disabled daughter and granddaughter are disturbed very often by
the roosters and the activities and loud cussing from next door.
Roosters belong on farms in small numbers, not in housing subdivisions!
