roosters carriers for aviation flu that are transported inter -island; they harbor gangs, drugs and
violence. Having lived in Hawaii my whole life, I've grown use to the roosters. I dispise them
and the way the illegal cock fighters had gain a foothold in the community, plaguing the future
generations and perpetuating this horrific sport and lifestyle. I am in full support to control the
noise, animal abuse, illegal gambling. Pass this bill!
