Finally some common-sense legislation to restrict the nuisance factor of loud
roosters. It seems to me quite reasonable to require anyone owning more than
four roosters to keep them at least 75 feet from property lines. People can still
have rooster farms, but it should go without saying that they should be
considerate for their neighbors. But apparently not. I support Bill 112 that
requires them to be responsible citizens.
