Dear All,
While I enjoy living in a more rural area, I also appreciate the peace and quiet we are
surrounded by in HPP. I feel this bill as a minimum, should be voted for in support of myself
and the other residents of HPP. Large rooster farms are in fact disturbing to the peace most
residents here bought their home for. There are many other locations on the island where these
can be placed and while we are zoned agricultural, turning this into a commercial endeavour
goes against what myself and my neighbours consider our best interest. People should be
allowed to have animals for personal use but it was not the intention of HPP or its residence to
have this set up to be a commercial animal production area and hope you can understand and
appreciate the negative impact these will /do have on our lives.
