I have a suggestion to limit the number of roosters allowed on a rooster farm to the size of the
homeowner's lot., This way a 12,000 square foot lot could have only 2 roosters, for example,
and a one -acre lot could have 10-20 roosters.
I think this would decrease the noise from roosters crowing at all hours of the day.
Anyone who has lived near a rooster farm knows how noisy they are.
