I oppose bill 112 for many reasons. If you rent or purchase land that is ag rated then you have
to know there are going to be animal/farm noises. You can't take away the livelihood of
farmers who raise chickens and roosters. You can't restrict how many roosters farms can have.
That's ridiculous. I think wild hens that are laying eggs are more obnoxious then roosters. We
have wild chickens and roosters all around us. What are you going to do restrict the amount of
wild roosters around next? How are you going to enforce this law? We don't have enough
police officers as it is and now you want them to enforce rooster laws?
Please focus on more important issues, like car thefts and property invasions. Not this.
