Pursuant to Section 10-4 of the Hawaii County Charter, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Council of the County of Hawaii to consider the proposed Operating Budget and Capital Budget for
fiscal year July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019. Public testimony will be taken at the hearing.
The general summaries of the revenues and appropriations for the Operating Budget for fiscal year 2018-2019 are as follows.

96743), the Pahoa Council Office (15-2879 Pahoa Village Road, Pahoa, Hawaii 96778), and the Mayor's West Hawaii Office at the West Hawaii Civic Center (74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740) for
public inspection and information.
All persons desiring to express their views on the above matter may do so orally at the hearing and must register with the County Clerk's staff. Those submitting written testimony at the hearing should bring 14 copies for
