Re: Incorrect Date in Title re: Bill No. 121
The title in Bill 121 is written as follows: -
" AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 17-39, AS AMENDED, THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING „TUNE 30,2017."
The date indicated should be June 30, 2018. Upon consultation with.Deputy Corporation Council
Craig Masuda, it has-been determined that the reference in the title to the incorrect date as
indicated above does not invalidate the bill or its reference to amend ordinance 17-39.
