SUBJECT: A Resolution Authorizing the Payment of Funds of a Later Fiscal Year and of
More Than One Fiscal Year for a Multi-Year Lease for a Postage Machine for the
Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division
Attached is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for a
postage machine for the Office of the County Clerk, Elections Division, for approximately
$35.39 per month. The postage machine will be used by the Elections Division in Kona.
