Dear Chair Poindexter and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Wayne A. Frank for reappointment to the Public Access,
Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC). Dr. Frank was
appointed and unanimously confirmed by the Council to the Commission in July 2017
and is now eligible to serve a full term that will expire December 31, 2022.
During his relatively short time as a member of PONC, Dr. Frank has fulfilled his duties.
Dr. Frank indicates that he is not a member of any political party.
