Koohan Paik of Council District 1 to the Public Access, <br /> Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC). She <br /> currently works as the Director of Development for the Hawai'i Alliance for Progressive <br /> Action. <br /> Ms. Paik holds a Masters in Fine Arts degree from New York University-Tisch School of <br /> the Arts, a Bachelor's of Arts in Journalism from the University of Southern California. <br /> She has also studied in Italy, France, and at Harvard University. Ms. Paik has lived in <br /> Hawai'i for approximately 5 years. <br /> Ms. Paik is passionate about protecting and preserving Hawai'i's open space and <br /> natural resources. <br /> Ms. Paik states she is not affiliated with any political party.
