Attached please find Resolution No. 530-18, Draft 2. Resolution No. 530-18 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 801.1, as duly approved by the County Council at its meeting
on March 28, 2018.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that final action on amended legislation
be taken at its next regular meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 530-18, Draft 2.
