SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 540-18, Draft 2; A Resolution
• Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated
Fund Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a
Grant to the Hilo Hamakua Community Development Corporation for the
Wainaku Kaiwiki Community Health and Wellness Event.
Please find attached Resolution No. 540-18, Draft 2. Resolution No. 540-18 was amended
by the contents of Communication No. 811.1, as duly approved by the Council during its
March 28, 2018, Council meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires the holdover of amended bills and
resolutions, and adopted Resolution No. 540-18, Draft 2.
