Re: Office of Housing and Community Development Consolidated/Action Plans
The Office of Housing and Community Development is required by the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD) to submit an Annual Action Plan
in order to receive funding from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME),
Housing Trust Fund (HTF) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
Enclosed is a resolution approving and amending the 2015-2019 County of Hawai`i
Consolidated Plan and 2018 Annual Action Plan and to authorize the Mayor to execute
and submit the amended plans to HUD. This resolution is being submitted concurrently
with bills to appropriate funds from the Housing Trust Fund (HTF), Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program
(HOME).
