Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 527-18, reports as follows:
Resolution 527-18, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 797
dated March 8, 2018, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal
year for a multi-year lease for one copy machine for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement for one,copier to be used
by the Hawai`i County Band, with an approximate monthly cost of$61 plus additional cost for each
copy.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 527-18, and
recommends its adoption.
