Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 528-18, reports as follows:
Resolution 528-18, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 798
dated March 8, 2018, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal
year for a multi-year lease for one copy machine for the Department of Finance.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement for one copier to be used
by the Real Property Tax Division in Hilo, with an approximate monthly cost of$343 plus additional
cost for each copy.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 528-18, and
recommends its adoption.
