Re: Resolution 14 Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday
Pursuant to Section 1 (d) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the
County of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted for Resolution No. 14
honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., to waive referral from the Committee on Finance
for timely consideration and action by the Council.
