Re: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Hui Okinawa for expenses related to the 2018
LooChoo Identity Summit that was held in Hilo on March 23 through March 25, 2018.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
