To Whom it May Concern,
Regarding Bill 112 regarding rooster farms: While I am in support of people being able to raise animals for food, house
lots of one acre or less in residential neighborhoods are not suitable for high volume livestock farming.Also,just as there
are ordinances pertaining to barking dogs,there should also be noise protection regulations that apply to other animals
in residential neighborhoods.
For these reasons, I support the bill, as it requires a buffer zone when housing roosters in residential neighborhoods,
regardless of current zoning.
