My name is Roger Guenette, and I am testifying in support of proposed County of Hawaii Bill 112. I reside in Hawaiian
Shores Community Association and am currently serving as President of the Board of Directors. In this capacity we have
fielded numerous complaints regarding roosters that roam free untethered. I agree with the proposed legislation that
farmers who want to raise roosters should have a significant setback from all lot lines and that the rosters should be
tethered and housed.Thank you for your consideration.
