Subject: Ban Rooster Farm Bill #112
We have lived in Hawaii for 30 years and in HPP 20 years. We are in full support of Bill #112 as the
rooster farms not only devalue our property as a whole in HPP but also are an eyesore and annoyance to
the neighbors of these farms. Also and most importantly they encourage and support gambling and other
illegal activities which compromise families, the law and positive citizenship in our community. We no
longer can turn a blind eye to these activities which in the end compromise the keiki's and the next
generation by supporting illegal activities. The annoyance to the neighbors is totally unfair. We request the
serious consideration and passage of this bill as a just means to deter unlawful activities.
