Subject: Support Bill 112
Aloha,
I am taking time to contact you in support of Bill 112 in support of regulating the locations of so-called Rooster
Farms, which are a blind spot for law enforcement on this island.
I'm sick of my neighbors noisy and stinky unsanitary living situations close tom y home. I am sick of
documenting animal abuses at several properties associated with housing roosters. I'm sick of hearing about
people being persecuted for their attempts to stop this federally illegal practice that appears to be supported by
law enforcement throughout the archipelago.
This is a systemic problem that continues to be supported by those whose job it is to uphold the law.
This bill is a step in the right direction.
