Re: Proposed Amendments to Resolution No. 565-18, A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to
Hawai`i Island Portuguese Chamber of Commerce Cultural and Educational
Center for the 140th Anniversary of the Arrival of the First Portuguese Immigrant
Families.
Please see below proposed amendments to Resolution No. 565-18, correcting the Department of
Research and Development account number and name. The proposed amendments are shown in
Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 565-18, material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored.
1. The BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause is amended to read as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby
transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:
