• <br /> .'OJ� .�.X44''. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ': STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ff oF•wr:+ <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 598 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECTS AT VARIOUS FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the respective communities in a safe and maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council District 2 has various park facilities in need of maintenance and <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,these improvements include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, <br /> fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for park maintenance and improvement projects in Council District 2. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $31,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $31,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $31,500 <br /> Trans to Cap Proj Fund - G <br /> 341 Misc.
