Ms. Bell retired from the National Park Service after 43 years <br /> of service, the last 13 as superintendent at Pu'uhonua 0 Honaunau and Kaloko- <br /> Honokohau National Historical Parks. She previously served as a member of the State <br /> Burial Council representing Hawaii Island for eight years, the last two as Chair. <br /> Ms. Bell volunteers her time to numerous community organizations including the <br /> Association of Hawaiian Civil Clubs where she presently serve as council chair, <br /> Annunciation Church, Tutu's House and Hula Halau o Po'ohala. <br /> Ms. Bell resides in Kamuela and has lived in Hawai'i for 20 years.
