SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 1,ARTICLE 2,
ARTICLE 4,AND ARTICLE 5, OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983
(2016 EDITION,AS AMENDED), RELATING TO SHORT-TERM
VACATION RENTALS.
Please find attached a bill for an ordinance amending chapter 25, article 1, article 2, article 4, and
article 5,of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended),relating to short-term
vacation rentals.
We are requesting that this bill be placed on the next Committee Meeting agenda in Kona.
