Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 565-18, Draft 2; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to
Hawaii Island Portuguese Chamber of Commerce Cultural and Educational
Center for the 140th Anniversary of the Arrival of the First Portuguese Immigrant
Families.
Attached please find Resolution 565-18, Draft 2. The Council amended Resolution No. 565-18,
with the contents of Communication No. 857.1, during its April 25, 2018 meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24 requiring that amended legislation be held over to the next
regularly scheduled meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 565-18, Draft 2.
