Dear members of the Committee on Planning,
Im not a good letter writer but I'm just trying to show my support for people like me who are
trying to run a legal business and be forced to do things that are just not right, or forced to rent
out a home the way that is just not worth owning, this has been a great opportunity for us to
have share our home and local stories with travelers from all around the world, I've rented out
homes for years and have had lots of problems with non paying tenants who I have to take to
court to get out after they started out great. This has been great, they are in and out my place
is well maintained and enjoyed from people worldwide, can't I run a legal business as long as
I'm legal and not be punished or high fined by being charged a high tax. Thank you
