I Lois Hluchy Object to Bill 108 in Residential Neighborhoods. I live next to an Airbnd. The lots here in
White Sands Estates are not large. Sound and noise travel. Windows are open year round. My husband
and I have had to endure torture by Not just one room but up to three rooms rented out nightly with a
large tent in the Airbnd backyard also being used for nightly rentals. People come and go all day and all
night. Cars doors constantly slamming. Loud parties that have gone up to 4:30 AM. Being woken up by
hearing people having sex. Billard being played and banged around all night. These people are on
vacation not living a normal life. Every day different people staring at us when we go into our yard to
work. We live in a residential neighborhood. We do not want a hotel next to our home. Do not rezone our
area. Keep daily rentals in commercial areas only. Respect out neighborhoods and please dot ruin them.
We bought our home in a residential neighborhood. We do not want to live next to an Airbnd. By the way,
the -owner of the house does not live there. He rents the house to a tenant and the tenant is running the
Airbnb. I could go on and on but please don't take away our privacy and peace with Airbnd nightly
rentals.

HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.
