Dear members of the Committee on Planning,
Without AIRBNB and being able to share my primary residence with travelers I would have
not been able to make my mortgage payment when the last recession occurred beginning in
2008.
I strongly urge you to allow vacation rentals to owners who use part of their primary residence
for this purpose in AG zoned areas.
