My name is Abolghassem Abraham Sadegh and I am the Founder of the Universal Realm of the Lord
Almighty at based on the fundamental tenets that "Believing in God is Optional; Believing in humanity is
not."
My Testimony today is applicable to Resolutions 558-18, 559-18, Bills 130 and 135 all applicable to the
Fire Department;
Bill 98 (Draft 2), introduced by Ms. Lee Loy's as an amendment to Article XIII, Section 13-2.8 relating to
the Salary Commission;
Bill 114 relating to Federal Grants applicable to Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Regarding the Fire Department, an incident to Sunday, July 30th of 2017 is a reflection of the undue
influence to the Police Department in our County in violation of its responsibilities.
It was about 7:00 a.m. when I responded to someone knocking on the door of my apartment number 6 at
66 Puueo Street. When. I opened the door I saw several firemen and a fire engine in the parking lot. The
fireman who had apparently knocked on the door said that my neighbor at apartment 7 by the name John
had called that there is smoke coming out of my apartment.
I asked him in and proved that the John had lied. For more than a year all I knew about the man's name
was John and had not been able to find out what his full name is. Suddenly, John appeared among the
firemen and nearly poked me in the eye shouting, "Don"tyou lie; don't you lie." I just looked at him and
closed the door.
Then I -heard someone saying repeatedly "Put on your shirt; put on your shirt." I looked and a civilian in
the midst of the firemen was addressing John. He was then taken to the Hilo Medical Center as
discovered through the Fire Department. He was returned within a couple of hours.
John had been a tool of the Police Department and as such instrumental in violating my fundamental
inalienable and constitutional rights since I moved to this apartment under HUD in September of 2016. He
has been entering my apartment at will and insulting me from beyond -my opaque glass blinds from
outside and also in presence of others usually when I was leaving my apartment.
On Friday, August 18, 2017 1 filed a complaint against him at the Police Department. The copy of the
report I received was more falsified than accurate. He was referred to as John Unknown. But a
comprehensive report by Hawaii Tribune -Herald about the "Registered Sex Offenders" in the County
revealed John full name as John K. Nabarrd�"John Unknown," shame on this lying Police Department.
Copy attached. By the way, on Friday, March 30, 2018 — Good Friday — I was told that he was evicted.

Bill 98 (Draft 2):
I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Lee Loy for introducing the Amendment to the County
Charter relating to the Salary Commission and to the Council for considering it. Although the Amendment
provides greater public awareness of what the Salary Commission is doing and reduces the
Commission's literally dictatorial power, it does not go far enough.
One of the blessings of our constitutional government has been the concept of check and balances. Thus
the mayor should have the power to veto the decisions of the Salary Commission .and the Council should
have the power to override that veto and so on.
Bill 114 relating to HUD's Housing Choice Voucher Program.
The County of Hawaii Police Department has undue influence on those subject to Federal Section -8
Housing. I have repeatedly written and spokenbVAft0JoWQ4efl about this. Ladies and Gentlemen, our
County is a Police State as I have experience for about seven and half years.
Making our Island a place where there is "Justice for All" and a place we can honestly proclaim to be the
"land of the free," and "home of the brave" will transform our unique and blesse Island to the Paradise that
can be emulated by the rest of humanity.
Is it not within you power to initiate a unanimous comprehensive audit of our Police Department?
