No. 887/Bill 136 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:35 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 136, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 136, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 887 dated <br /> April 6, 2018, amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Transfer from General Fund account ($4,800); and <br /> appropriates the same to the Highway Maintenance Administration-Other Current Expenses <br /> account. Funds would be used by the Department of Public Works for the annual rental of a <br /> portable toilet to be located at Banyan Beach in Kona. <br /> Council Member Dru Mamo Kanuho commented that this is the accompanying bill to the resolution <br /> appropriating contingency money for the portable toilets at Banyan Beach.
