Chapter 24, article 10, division 1 (Speed Limits), section 24-257; <br /> schedule 5, 35 mile per hour limit, paragraph (f) Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by revising an existing listing to read as follows: <br /> "Ka`iminani Drive, [.75 mile east of Lau`i Street] from Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway to [Route] Highway 190." <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1 (Speed Limits), section 24-257, <br /> schedule 5, 35 mile per hour limit, paragraph (f) Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding a new listing to be appropriately <br /> inserted and read as follows: <br /> "Ka`iminani Drive, from Highway 19 to Lau`i Street." <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br />
