SUBJECT: A Resolution Determining the Real Property Tax Rates for the County of Hawai`i
for Fiscal Year 2018-2019
Attached is a resolution to establish the real property tax rates for net taxable buildings and net
taxable lands for each class of property in the County of Hawai`i for fiscal year 2018-2019. The
proposed rate changes would decrease the estimated real property tax revenues for fiscal year
2018-2019 by approximately$10,262,796. Below is a table showing the current real property
tax rates and the proposed real property tax rates:
