RE: Amendment to Resolution No. 601-18; A Resolution Authorizing The Mayor To
Enter Into A Revocable Non-Exclusive Right of Entry Agreement with the State
of Hawai`i, Comptroller, Department of Accounting and General Services, for
the Maintenance of the King Kamehameha the Great Statue located in Kapa`au,
North Kohala, Island of Hawai`i.
Attached please find Resolution No. 601-18, Draft 2. The Council amended Resolution
No. 601-18 with the contents of Communication No. 908.1, during its May 8, 2018, Finance
Committee meeting.
Please place Resolution No. 601-18, Draft 2, on the May 21, 2018, Council agenda.
