ATTITUDE! y~
That's a major part of what life is all about... just my
opinion.
I know for a fact, though, when we have a blue shirt cruising
Kahakai non-routine style, attitudes change. Numbers (stats)
take time, but road rage and thoes driving 'through' will
decrease in a New York second when we have visible HPD in the
community. (...and the real live-in community smiles!) I
know Capt. Osorio would smile if he read this, but we are a
unique bunch down this narrow strip of 2500 households.
I deeply sympathize with County department heads who are
trying to make the balance sheet work during these trying
times. However, we in the country communities urgently need
your consideration toward re-energizing the CPO program. We
can do it with the previous concept of 2 officers.
