Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today regarding the above- mentioned bill. As stated in my verbal conversation, I am troubled with the fact that the property next door to me has recently sold and has been turned in to an Air BNB by the new owners. We reside at 88-1594 Moana, Captain Cook, which is in South Kona and located in the Papa Bay Estates sub -division. We purchased our house in 2006, with a major buying point being the quiet surroundings in a rural area. With the advent of extra noise; both by vacationer's revelry and the comings and goings, we are finding that the intrusion is un -acceptable_ My understanding is that we are zoned farrnJagriculture and there are CCR's to insure that our sub -division consists of private homes, along with agriculture.
