ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Dru Mamo Kanuha, Chair Ms. Jennifer Ruggles, Vice Chair (came in later) Mr. Aaron S. Y. Chung, Member Ms. Maile Medeiros David, Member Ms. Karen Eoff, Member Ms. Susan L. K. Lee Loy, Member Ms. Eileen O'Hara, Member Ms. Valerie Poindexter, Member Mr. Herbert M. Richards, III, Member STATEMENTS The Chair directed the Committee to proceed to the next order of business, FROM THE Statements from the Public on Agenda Items. PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: (There were none.) CHR KANUHA: We have one communication on this agenda. Mr. Clerk, please read in Communication 46.9. COMMUNI- The Chair directed the Committee to proceed to the next order of business, CATIONS: Communications. Comm. 46.9: HAWAII STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES' FEBRUARY 26 AND MARCH 19, 2018, EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES From Council Member Dru Mamo Kanuha, dated May 9, 2018. Motion to Close File: Ms. Poindexter moved to close file on Comm. 46.9. Seconded by Ms. David. CHR KANUHA: Any discussion, Council Members? Before we file this, I did want to give you a notification that we will be hosting the HSAC (Hawai`i State GREDC-16 June 5, 2018 Association of Counties) Conference on June 21st and 22nd, and 23rd, at the Sheraton Waikiki on Oahu. If any members are interested in going, please contact my office and we can get you more information about it. But, it will be forI mean two and a half days in a couple weeks. I know it's kind of last minute, but Honolulu kind of took a while to get going. They're missing one of the staff members who were really vital in putting that all together. He moved to a different office, so, we're helping them out on Hawaii Island to get it going. If you have any—if you want any more information, just please contact my office. Okay, seeing no other discussion on these minutes, all in favor of filing Communication 46.9 say "aye." Vote on Comm. 46.9: The motion to file Comm. 46.9 was carried by the following Filed voice vote: Ayes: Committee Members Chung, David, Eoff, Lee Loy, O'Hara, Poindexter, Richards, Ruggles, and Chair Kanuha – 9.
