Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be advised that I have appointed Alissa L. Alcosiba of Hilo to the Hawaii
County Committee on the Status of Women.
Ms. Alcosiba is a lifetime resident of Hawaii and since 1998 has been self-
employed as a Marketing Consultant dba Impact Hawaii. Prior to that she was
with American Trading Company (1997-1998) and the Hawaii Food Bank
(1992-1996).
She is involved in community affairs, having membership to UH Hilo Alumni
Association, the American Marketing Association and the National Agri-Marketing
Association.
Mrs. Alcosiba will be serving a term to end on December 31, 2002.
