Pursuant to Council Rule No. 15, and as a member of the prevailing majority, I am requesting a
reconsideration of the vote taken by the Council during its meeting on June 19, 2018, on Bill 159
Draft 2, I am also requesting the scheduling of a Special Council Meeting to expedite this matter
before June 30, 2018.
