Re: Bill 159, Draft 2 Establishing a .25% GET Surcharge
It is our understanding that there has been a request for reconsideration of Bill 159, Draft
2, which did not pass final reading on June 19, 2018.
During discussion regarding the bill, a comment was made regarding the need for
additional details about the use of GET Surcharge revenue if the tax were established.
The attached financial plan combines information included in previous submittals to the
County Council, and provides additional detail.
