Kona to the Leeward Planning <br /> Commission. Mr. Vitousek currently works as the Cultural Resource Manager for 1250 <br /> Oceanside LLC Hokulia. He previously worked as a lead archaeologist for the State <br /> Historic Preservation Division of the Department of Land and Natural Resources <br /> (DLNR). He is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i County having graduated from the Hawai'i <br /> Preparatory Academy. <br /> Mr. Vitousek holds a BA in Anthropology from Bowdoin College in Maine and an MA in <br /> Archaeology from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. <br /> As a committed member of his community, Mr. Vitousek currently serves as a <br /> boardmember of the Kona Historical Society, Hokulia Parks and Cultural Sites <br /> Association, and the Hoala Kealakekua Community Group. <br /> Mr. Vitousek has no political party affiliation.
