Aloha county council,
My short term rental 'income is vital to my financial security. I operate a 10 acre farm
providing fresh and local fruits and vegetables to the community. My agricultural activities are
very labor intensive and I end up with very little profit at the end of the year.
So the income from renting is essential in allowing me to farm.
This model 'of agritourism is well established in Europe and is proven to essential in
maintaining small farming operations.
