Dear Committee on Planning Hawaii County,
As a home owner, resident and business women in Hilo, I depend on my BnB hosting income
to survive. I love the opportunity to meet my guests, give them personal guidance to local
businesses and tours and sightseeing on our island. If this bill passes, I will need to make sure
that our lively hood will not suffer. My entire income will be stolen from me. Please ensure
that a permit or grandfathered allowance will be made to ensure those of us providing safe,
personable service to our island visitors will not be adversely effected by this bill. Thank you,
